Today I built a tool that I am expecting to need in my research going onwards. It’s a interactive keystroke pattern visualiser that shows. It plots the duration keys a pressed and the time that passes between each keystroke.

So far I ran a few experiments:


Typing 'leon eckert' 5 times and comparing the shapes.




The next experiment informs further research I am currently doing: spoofing human typing patterns programmatically.
